Kryshell Rolle - President
As a dedicated youth mentor for the past 8 years, Kryshell brings a powerful blend of vision, compassion, and hands-on leadership. Over the years, she has become a trusted guide for those seeking confidence, direction, and purpose. Her commitment to shaping the next generation is evident in every program she leads and every life she touches. Beyond mentorship, she has played a meaningful role in supporting sports development through coaching young women build discipline, teamwork, and resilience both on and off the track. Her passion for empowerment fuels her work driving her to create spaces where girls can grow, dream boldly, and discover their full potential.
Janice Rolle - Vice President
Mrs. Rolle stands as a remarkable example of leadership, generosity, and grace. A seasoned banker, she has spent decades not only excelling professionally but also sharing her knowledge, expertise and providing mentorship to those in her sphere of influence. Outside the boardroom, she expresses her creativity through her love for sewing and crafting, which reflects her attention to detail. Her heart for young children has long been evident, as she consistently invests her time, and provides encouragement while assisting them in becoming confident and focused individuals.
Phylicia Romer - Secretary
