Our “safe place”, not safe as in what we’re used to or what’s comfortable,

But safe as in the place where God has us

Which can be challenging, uncomfortable, discouraging, hard and nothing we could have ever bargained for or expected.

Nonetheless, it’s safe because in these challenges we develop the characteristics that dictate who we really are.

In our discomfort, we find peace and contentment with God and our present situations.

In our discouragement, we are somehow fueled to push ourselves one more time, making our success and accomplishments that much more meaningful.

And in those moments when life is going in no way, shape or form how we thought it would, we learn to place our entire faith and trust in God’s perfect plans!

Although our “safe place” may not feel very safe and comforting, remember, you’re right where God needs you to be in order to become the woman you’ve prayed to be molded into.
